My brief and bulleted IFS training/professional growth journey:
- Completed Level 1 IFS training in 2013 in Asheville, NC with Chris Burris and Jimmy Schulman.
- Completed Level 2 "IFS, Neuroscience and Trauma" in 2014 with Dick Schwartz and Frank Anderson.
- Participated in IFS peer consultation group with other IFS Therapists in Knoxville, TN (2013 - 2020).
- Participated in multiple IFS consultation groups facilitated by IFS trainers.
- Served as a Program Assistant (PA) in multiple Level 1 and Level 2 trainings (2014-2021).
- Conducted multiple IFS workshops and IFS conference presentations both in USA and Russia (2015 - present).
- Became an Approved Clinical Consultant with IFS Institute in 2020. Conducted multiple IFS consultation groups, as well as individual consultations (2020 - present).
- Was promoted to the Assistant Trainer in 2021.
- Completed Lead Trainer Program (LTP) at the IFS Institute with Pam Krause and Chris Burris.
- Was promoted to the Lead Trainer in 2023.
