I offer consultation groups on the regular basis. The format is 6 - 8 sessions, each 2 hours long. You can continue signing up for the new cycles of offerings if you would like to keep going. Each group has 6 participants, so that the hours can be applied to the IFS certification if you choose to go to that step.

1. General IFS consultation group (for those professionals who have graduated from Level 1 within last 1-3 years)
Group Focus: therapist's parts present in clinical work, challenging cases, use of IFS with different systems and presentations
Group structure:
*Meditation
*Check in: speaking for the parts and how application of IFS to your clinical work is going
*Individual work with group support: each person in the group will have an opportunity to do individual work at least once
* Questions and Answers
Meeting times: Tuesdays, 10 am - 12 pm ET, 2 x months

Fees: $550 for 6 meetings, each 2 hours long

2. Neurodivergence & Trauma focused IFS Consultation Group
This group is for more advanced IFS therapists. Pre-requisites: 1) graduated from Level 1 IFS training more than a year ago; 2) already work with neurodivergent and/or trauma clients in your practice(Wednesdays 3-5 pm ET); 3) comfortable with the use of both 6Fs and Healing Steps; 4) have background training in work with trauma (in any approach)
Group Focus: therapist's parts present in clinical trauma work and/or with neurodivergent clients, neurodivergent and/or trauma cases, use of IFS with those two populations.
Group structure:

*Individual work with group support: each person in the group will have an opportunity to do individual work at least once
